What Is Corporate Combat League?

Corporate Combat League (CCL) is an elite 10-week boxing seminar designed by former professional fighter Abdallah Abou Hamdan to transform disciplined professionals into fight-ready boxers.

 

This is not a fitness-oriented program. It is a structured, progressive boxing education that develops proper fundamentals, mindset, and execution — preparing participants to step into the ring with confidence, control, and composure.

Founder & Head Coach

Abdallah Abou Hamdan

Abdallah Abou Hamdan is more than just a coach; he’s a lifelong fighter. He stepped into the amateur ring at the age of 12 and didn’t hang up his gloves until his final professional fight at 37.

This incredible journey spans over 100 amateur fights and 65 professional bouts in three disciplines: boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. His experience is truly global, having fought on live television in five different continents.

 

Throughout his career, Abdallah’s dedication has been driven by his own high standards. This same passion and introspection are what he now brings to his coaching. He is committed to unlocking the potential in every student, guided by his core belief: there is a fighter in every one of you, and it’s his mission to help you meet them.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OVER THE 10 WEEKS OF TRAINING?

Boxing is not a sport that can be mastered in just 8 weeks. However, through our specialized curriculum, Designed by Abdallah Abou Hamdan

we teach a clear and simple fight strategy, one that enables you to face an opponent with confidence, showcasing solid fundamentals that will be recognized and respected by boxing connoisseurs.

Weeks 1–2

Footwork Foundations

The first two weeks are dedicated exclusively to footwork. This phase builds a strong boxing foundation by developing a perfect balance, positioning, & movement.

Weeks 3–7

Striking & Coordination

From weeks three to seven, boxers are trained to strike correctly and efficiently. During this phase, proper punching mechanics are taught while gradually integrating coordinated foot movement strikes to be in control over distance and strike accuracy.

Weeks 8–10

Sparring & Fight Drills

Training partners simulate real fight scenarios and maneuvers, enhancing fight awareness, timing, conditioning, and overall fight readiness in a controlled and professional environment.

10-Week Training Structure

Weeks 1–2

Footwork Foundations

Building the base. Fighters learn proper stance, movement patterns, and ring awareness — the foundation upon which all technique is built.

Weeks 3–7
